The Legacy Birthright Academy is a first-of-its-kind entrepreneurship-themed series designed program of study specifically for African American teenagers. The Academy offers a unique curated interactive workshop experience that fills the gap in showing the integral connection and generative interaction between Innovation, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship.

Through a series of virtual workshop sessions, in-person coaching sessions, curated business and nonprofit internships, and field experiences students learn how to adopt to a collaborative mindset. [Application period: November 1 through December 31, 2022]

Read2Succeed

Read2Succeed Family Literacy Project. The Ignite Resource Center is committed to placing Books and other resources directly into the hands of over 800 families throughout College Park. This project will continue throughout the year providing literature for youth, adults and Senior citizens. We have worked with our council members to select apt communities throughout the city where book festivals will be held this spring. Special Incentives will be given to encourage adults and children to read. Because Reading is an important component of succeeding.

We are dedicated to helping persons locate the basic services they need. Our partnerships with food pantries, thrift stores, and furniture banks and health organizations are geared towards assisting your unique situation. We are invested in innovative approaches that empower our community and deliver our guests support they need, when they need it.

Senior Dignity Project

With this initiative, our goal is to serve the members of our community who have paved the road for our generation. With access to the right resources, our Senior Citizens can continue to remain healthy, appreciated and empowered to live their lives to the full. Our partnerships with a plethora of community centered businesses and organizations allows us to provide meals, health information, home repair services, special events, and most of all, love to our elders in the Tri-Cities region of College Park, East Point, & Hapeville Georgia. ASO-OFI CLOTHING CLOSET

Aso-Ofi clothing closet provides services to women who are seeking assistance with obtaining work-related clothing. Most of our clothing is designed for applicants who are returning to the workforce or in the workforce and in need of appropriate office attire. Applicants seeking assistance must present documents that confirm the need. These documents may include the following:
